In this two day workshop, you will make a 6+” stick-tang chef's knife using a variety of techniques. Starting with a high carbon steel blank, you will first forge your blade to shape, then learn how to do differential heat treating, grinding, burning your tang into the handle, edge geometry, and more. Each participant will walk away with a blade that will be ready to go to work for you.
