Introduction to Bladesmithing:

Chef’s Knife

In this two-day workshop, you will hand forge a 6"-7" chef's knife that will soon become the centerpiece of your kitchen cutlery. Starting with high carbon steel, learn design, forging, heat treating, grinding, handle selection, profiling, and edge geometry. Each participant will leave with a ready-to-use knife. Class size is limited to four.
